Renteez acts solely as an introduction platform. All transactions are conducted directly and independently between Owners and Renters.

4. No Responsibility for User Content

Renteez does not verify, validate, or endorse any content submitted by users, including:

• Item listings, descriptions, or photographs
• Rental requests or stated requirements
• User-provided contact information
• Prices listed by item owners
• Any representations made by users to each other

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they submit.

5. No Responsibility for Rental Transactions

Any rental arrangement made between an Owner and a Renter through introductions facilitated by Renteez is entirely between those parties. Renteez is not a party to any such agreement and accepts no responsibility for:

• The condition, quality, or safety of any rented item
• Personal injury or property damage arising from the use of rented items
• Failure by an Owner to deliver an item as agreed
• Failure by a Renter to return an item or pay agreed rental fees
• Disputes regarding pricing, availability, or item condition
• Any financial loss arising from a rental transaction
• Theft, fraud, or criminal conduct by any user

6. Safety Disclaimer

Renteez strongly recommends that all users exercise caution and good judgment when participating in any rental transaction. We advise:

• Meet in public places when exchanging items
• Inspect items thoroughly before accepting them
• Document the condition of items with photos before and after rental
• Use a written rental agreement for high-value items
• Consider personal insurance for high-value transactions
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, do not proceed
• Do not share sensitive personal or financial information directly with other users

Renteez is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow these safety recommendations.

We recommend Owners consult their homeowner's or renter's insurance policy regarding coverage for items rented to third parties.
